Damages or Shipping Issues
We carefully pack every order, but shipping issues can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@nuspira.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery), and we will do our best to help investigate and resolve the issue.
In some cases, we may ask you to contact the shipping carrier directly or provide photos of the package and product to assist with claims processing.
