REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At NuSpira, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. We believe wellness should fit your life—and that includes a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly refund process.


1. 30-Day Better Cup Guarantee™

If you purchased directly from https://www.nuspira.com and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Product purchased

  • Reason for refund request (optional, but helpful)

We aim to make refund requests simple and hassle-free.


2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Once processed by NuSpira, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the refund is due to:

  • damaged products

  • defective products

  • incorrect shipment

  • an error caused by NuSpira


3. First Subscription Order Guarantee

We want first-time subscribers to feel confident trying NuSpira.

For your first subscription order only, NuSpira may provide a refund for up to one opened product purchased in that subscription order under our Better Cup Guarantee™.

Examples:

  • If your first subscription contains 1 bag → eligible for refund on that opened product

  • If your first subscription contains 3 bags → eligible for refund on 1 opened product

This policy helps customers try NuSpira risk-free while protecting against abuse.

Refund eligibility remains at NuSpira’s reasonable discretion.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • leaking

  • defective

  • or incorrect

please contact hello@nuspira.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • order number

  • photos of packaging and product

  • description of issue

Depending on the situation, NuSpira may offer:

  • replacement

  • store credit

  • refund

at our discretion.


5. Duplicate Orders

NuSpira is not responsible for duplicate orders placed due to customer error, including but not limited to:

  • repeated checkout attempts

  • browser refreshes during checkout

  • duplicate subscription enrollments

  • multiple order submissions

If you believe you placed a duplicate order, contact us immediately at hello@nuspira.com and we will do our best to assist before fulfillment begins.


6. Refused Packages

Please do not refuse shipments unless the package is visibly damaged.

Refused shipments may be delayed, misrouted, or lost during return transit, which may delay or prevent refund processing.

If a refused shipment is not successfully returned to our fulfillment partner, NuSpira may be unable to issue a refund.

Please contact us before refusing a shipment whenever possible.


7. Returns

In most cases, NuSpira does not require product returns for standard refund requests.

However, in certain situations—including:

  • damaged product claims

  • incorrect shipments

  • suspected fraud

  • quality investigations

—we may request additional information or require the product to be returned before approving a refund.

Return approval remains at NuSpira’s sole discretion.


8. Subscription Changes & Cancellations

NuSpira subscription products automatically renew based on your selected delivery frequency.

Current subscription intervals may include:

  • every 30 days

  • every 45 days

  • every 60 days

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until canceled.

Customers may manage subscriptions through the subscription portal:

Customers may:

  • pause

  • skip

  • cancel

  • update billing

  • update shipping

at any time.

To avoid charges for the next shipment, subscription changes must be made at least 5 business days before the next billing date.

9. Third-Party Purchases

This Refund & Return Policy applies only to orders placed directly through https://www.nuspira.com.

Purchases made through:

  • Amazon

  • Walmart

  • TikTok Shop

  • retail stores

  • wholesale partners

  • or other third-party sellers

are subject to the refund and return policies of those sellers.

NuSpira cannot issue refunds for purchases made through third-party channels.


10. Policy Updates

NuSpira reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
